Assistance Coordinating a Spring Resource Fair

Our non-profit would would love some help organizing and executing a Spring Resource Fair. This would entail creating marketing/outreach materials, reaching out to potential resource fair participants, responding to inquiries and potentially helping us set up and run the fair, which is currently scheduled to occur mid-April. We are looking for someone with excellent organization, communication, and people skills. A creative flair would be a bonus! It would be helpful to know Canva, as well as to have basic MS Office Suite skills. Reliability is also key - we could not do what we do without volunteers, and making a commitment to seeing things through is a must.
