    The Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    As our Chief Financial Officer, you will be the strategic steward of our financial health, guiding our organization with clarity, integrity, and foresight. You will build and oversee financial systems that empower sustainable growth, ensuring that every resource we mobilize creates meaningful and measurable impact.

    What Will You Do?

    • Shape Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational growth, sustainability, and long-term impact.
    • Ensure Financial Integrity: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and accountability across all operations.
    • Optimize Resource Allocation: Guide the effective, mission-aligned use of funds, ensuring resources are deployed where they have the greatest impact.
    • Build Financial Infrastructure: Establish and refine financial systems, controls, and processes suitable for a growing global nonprofit.
    • Advise Leadership: Partner closely with executive leadership to inform key decisions with data-driven financial insights.
    • Support Fundraising Efforts: Collaborate with development teams to align financial planning with fundraising strategies and donor expectations.
    • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to nonprofit financial regulations, reporting standards, and ethical practices across jurisdictions.
