IWF Global Volunteer Team — Remote Opportunities

International Women’s Federation welcomes remote volunteers who want to support programs that expand access to women’s leadership, practical knowledge, professional perspectives, and opportunities to contribute.

Volunteer pathways may include:

• Events and speaker programs
• Outreach and community engagement
• Communications and social media
• Partnerships and chapter development
• Research, operations, and program coordination

Responsibilities vary by project. Volunteers may research potential speakers or partners, prepare outreach materials, coordinate virtual programs, develop educational content, organize resources, or support program follow-up.

We welcome high school students, university students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals from any location. Prior nonprofit experience is not required. We look for thoughtful work, reliable communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

Volunteers receive structured assignments, feedback, team support, practical experience, and verification of documented service hours for approved and completed work when requested.

Some roles or activities may require additional safeguards or consent, particularly when participants are under 18. Service hours are verified only for completed and documented work.
