    Description

    Volunteers are an integral part of the Hospice Team. Their unique skills and interests help to provide comfort and enhance quality of life for our patients and their families. They selflessly offer their time and hearts to our Elara Caring patients and families helping them feel at ease knowing that a companion is present. We are looking for passionate volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

    There is no physical care involved. Our friendly volunteers provide companionship , active listening, sitting at the bedside, letter writing, reading, listening to music, watching movies and sharing hobbies.
