Make-A-Wish Walk For Wishes

The Make-A-Wish Walk For Wishes event coming up on Saturday, May 2nd is a celebration of our Wish Children and their families and is packed full of fun! We will have a 1 mile/ 5K walk, 5K run, outdoor games, bounce houses, food, and so much more!

We are looking for a handful of volunteers from 7AM-11AM to help as Route Marshall volunteers. These volunteers are placed along the walk route and there to encourage our walkers and runners to keep going! They are able to bring homemade signs or use some we already have! These volunteers are also responsible for helping move the barricades along the walk route to ensure that traffic is stopped. We do provide extra training on this aspect of the role to make sure everything is comfortable and ready for the big day!
