Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary and innovative individual to join our Board of Directors as a Director, Technology and Innovation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive GASDI's mission and growth. This is a volunteer position that requires a minimum commitment of 10-15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with GASDI's mission and goals
• Oversee the development and maintenance of GASDI's website, social media, and other digital platforms
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and innovations that can enhance GASDI's programs and services
• Collaborate with the Board and staff to ensure effective implementation of technology initiatives
• Develop and manage budgets for technology-related activities
• Ensure the security and integrity of GASDI's data and technology systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology leadership, innovation, or a related field
• Strong understanding of nonprofit technology trends and best practices
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
• Familiarity with website development, social media management, and database management
