    Director of Fundraising

    The Colt Catalina Foundation works to prevent childhood drownings through education and survival swim lesson scholarships, ensuring that every child, regardless of their financial circumstances, has a chance to be safe around water.

    Role Description

    This is a volunteer, remote role for a Director of Fundraising. The Director of Fundraising will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with major donors, developing and implementing fundraising strategies, overseeing annual giving campaigns, and supporting philanthropic efforts. The role will involve strategic planning to ensure the foundation meets its fundraising goals and sustains its mission.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience in Major Donors and Philanthropy
    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Experience in executing successful fundraising campaigns
    • Strong Strategic Planning abilities to develop and lead long-term fundraising initiatives
