    Description

    Welcome Desk / Greeter- Concierge- HIGH PRIORITY POSITION

    First impressions matter. Be a welcoming face at Fairview Lakes Medical Center!

    Patients and visitors at Lakes Medical Center arrive for a variety of reasons from the joyous (a new baby) to the serious (a surgery). Whatever the reason, customer experience volunteers welcome everyone with a kind and caring greeting. In this role, you will provide directions, answer questions, and assist patients, visitors, and staff.

    This role is for you if you:

    • Enjoy interacting with a variety of people.
    • Relish in taking time to ensure each person’s needs are met.
    • Thrive on providing excellent customer service.

    No experience necessary! We will train you on everything you need to know to be successful.
