Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President (VP) to join our leadership team on a volunteer basis. The VP will work closely with the Founder and Board Members to provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and ensure the effective implementation of our programs and initiatives. This position plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s future and expanding our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Founder and Board of Directors to establish strategic goals and priorities.
- Provide operational oversight for the organization, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and mission alignment across all programs.
- Lead the development and implementation of new initiatives, from concept to execution.
- Support and help drive fundraising efforts, including grant management and donor relations.
- Act as a key representative and spokesperson for SelfSoulLiberate.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative culture, fostering the growth and engagement of board members and volunteers.
- Oversee the financial health and sustainability of the organization in partnership with the board.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a nonprofit or social impact setting.
- A strong commitment to our mission of promoting mental well-being and health equity.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative, values-driven work environment.
- Experience in strategic planning, operations management, fundraising, and community engagement.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.

Time Commitment & Logistics:
- This is a remote volunteer position.
- Volunteers should be available to work within a U.S. time zone for effective collaboration.
