    Description

    Circles Allies

    A Circles Ally is a volunteer who commits to walking alongside an individual who is working toward his/her goals of moving out of poverty.

    The commitment for being an Ally is 18 months and requires meeting in person twice a month. The role of an Ally is to enter into an intentional and supportive friendship with their matched individual and offer advice, encouragement and connections to resources and tools in our community. The Circles program as a whole will provide financial workshops, career and education resources, parenting & housing support, and other wellness opportunities.

    We are currently recruiting Allies for our Thursday cohort which meets from 6-8pm at Res Life Church (Holland, MI). Each meeting provides a meal and childcare.

    Circles is about building a community that is committed to ending poverty together. We would love to have you join in this important work!
