    Description

    This is a volunteer position for U.S. residents only. We are seeking a HR Operations Excellence Manager who is responsible for driving continuous improvement and optimization of operational processes.

    Key responsibilities you will perform as a part of our Team include, but are not limited to:

    • Identifying and implementing process improvements
    • Drive the design and implementation of new business processes
    • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of new initiatives and processes
    • Provide training and guidance to team members on new processes and how to identify improvement opportunities
    • Develop and implement operational excellence and quality improvement programs
    • Establish key performance metrics and dashboards for monitoring operational performance
    • Facilitate change management
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operational standards

    The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • 2-3+ years of experience in operational excellence, including experience in a lead or senior role
    • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Google Suite
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team-oriented environment
    • Prior experience with a non-profit organization is preferred
    • Location within the 48 contiguous United States

    Applicants must also have the ability to attend periodic meetings conducted during regular business hours, and/or evenings and weekends, as needed, in the Central Standard (CST) Time Zone.
