About Us

Inclusion On Purpose is a small but growing nonprofit in Boulder County dedicated to breaking down barriers faced by neurodivergent adults. We offer adult supported community connections, individualized job coaching, and community-building opportunities that promote belonging, purpose, and inclusion.

Position Overview

We are seeking a volunteer Board Member with strengths in community networking and fundraising. This person will help expand our connections throughout Boulder County, build relationships with potential partners and donors, and support the long-term sustainability of our mission.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen community partnerships with local businesses, civic groups, and potential real estate or program partners.
• Support fundraising efforts, including donor introductions, events, and relationship-based fundraising strategies.
• Serve as an ambassador for Inclusion On Purpose at community events and networking opportunities.
• Attend quarterly board meetings (remote option available) and one event per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, community engagement, marketing, business development, or nonprofit leadership preferred.
• Strong Boulder County connections or willingness to develop them.
• Passion for disability inclusion and neurodiversity.
• Collaborative communication style and reliability.
