WorkFour is building the movement for a 32-hour workweek. We need a certified psychologist to persuade business owners, labor unions, and individual employees to test out a 32-hour workweek pilot.

    💡 What You’ll Do

    • Conduct research on how to persuade others to embrace change/take risks, how to brand our image to create the biggest following, and how to get conservative business owners on our side
    • Work within your "Psychology Committee" to brainstorm ideas/share the workload
    • Submit your proposals to the "Business Outreach Committee," "Labor Union Committee," "Rebellious Employee Committee," and the "Social Media Management Committee"

    ⏰ Time Commitment

    • 3–5 hours/week (flexible)
