    Description

    Role Summary

    Leads design direction, ensures quality, and builds systems that support scalable, high-impact

    creative output aligned with mission and strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead concept development and execution for campaigns and initiatives.
    • Applies foundational design principles including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
    • Designs for digital platforms including social media and web
    • Direct and review design work for quality and consistency.
    • Translate strategy into visual narratives.
    • Establish and refine standards, templates, and systems.
    • Mentor designers and guide creative direction.
    • Partner with leadership and stakeholders.
    • Oversee complex projects and vendor coordination.
    • Improve workflows and scalability.
    • Demonstrates commitment to the mission of Mentor A Promise and the communities it

    serves.

    • Works effectively across multiple projects with varying timelines and complexity.
    • Maintains strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and follow-through.
    • Adheres to organized file structures, naming conventions, asset management, and reliable

    handoff practices.

    • Collaborates in a solutions-oriented manner with internal teams, partners, and vendors.

    Qualifications

    • 6+ years experience.
    • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
    • Figma expertise.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Portfolio required for consideration.
