    Description

    Volunteer Interview Specialist (Online/Virtual) volunteer

    Help screen and select the right volunteers by conducting brief interviews and sharing insights with our onboarding team.

    Duties:

    • Conduct structured Zoom interviews (15-30 mins)
    • Use a question guide and take notes
    • Evaluate volunteer fit
    • Communicate findings to the onboarding team
    • Provide a warm and professional experience

    Required Skills:

    • Strong people skills
    • Zoom/Google Meet familiarity
    • Discreet and trustworthy
    • Quick note-taker
    • Friendly and engaging

    Education: No degree required
