Description
Help screen and select the right volunteers by conducting brief interviews and sharing insights with our onboarding team.
Duties:
- Conduct structured Zoom interviews (15-30 mins)
- Use a question guide and take notes
- Evaluate volunteer fit
- Communicate findings to the onboarding team
- Provide a warm and professional experience
Required Skills:
- Strong people skills
- Zoom/Google Meet familiarity
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Quick note-taker
- Friendly and engaging
Education: No degree required
