AccentCare Hospice is Seeking Compassionate Volunteers in Temple, TX for Caregiver Relief Support

Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? AccentCare Hospice is currently seeking volunteers in the Temple, TX area to provide caregiver relief support for up to 2 hours at a time. This vital service allows family caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring their loved ones continue to receive companionship and compassionate care.

Whether you're offering a listening ear, sharing music, praying with patients, providing aromatherapy, or simply being present, your time can make a profound difference. Volunteers may also support patients through therapy dog visits, legacy projects, or spiritual companionship.

AccentCare Hospice, formerly Seasons Hospice, serves patients and families throughout Central Texas. Our volunteers visit patients wherever they call home-whether in private residences, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes. Even if you only have a few hours a month to give, your presence can bring comfort and peace to those at the end of life.

Training is free and flexible, and you can choose the type of service that best fits your interests and schedule. Volunteers aged 15 and up are welcome to join as indirect volunteers or may buddy with a trained adult to make in-person visits.
