    Hospice Harmony Group Volunteer

    Share the Gift of Music and Compassion

    Do you have a heart for service and a passion for music?

    Gentiva Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers to form a small Hospice Harmony Group consisting of one instrumentalist and 2-3 vocalists who are willing to share the healing power of music with patients facing life-limiting illnesses.

    Music has a unique ability to comfort, inspire memories, reduce anxiety, and bring joy during difficult times. Our Hospice Harmony Group will visit hospice patients in facilities and residential settings, performing familiar melodies, hymns, inspirational songs, and gentle favorites that provide comfort and meaningful connection.

    Whether you play guitar, keyboard, violin, or another portable instrument, or enjoy singing with a small ensemble, your talents can help create moments of peace and dignity for patients and their families.
