    You may work multiple shifts back to back, bring water and comfortable clothes. Character volunteers will be required to dress in mascot suits, you will have breaks in between meet & greet sessions. Volunteers may be reassigned depending on needs.

    Covered Bridge Days is a festival which takes place during September in historic downtown Elizabethton, TN. Come and celebrate with us, and be a part of the fun!

    • Stagehand Volunteers (Help load in/load out, heavy lifting may be required): Friday, September 25, 2026 - 11:00 to 15:00 EST
    • Traffic Volunteers: Stand near intersections, help people cross the street, keep an eye on traffic flow: Friday, September 25, 2026 - 11:00 to 15:00 EST
    • Stagehand Volunteers (Help load in/load out, heavy lifting may be required): Friday, September 25, 2026 - 15:00 to 19:00 EST
    • Traffic Volunteers: Stand near intersections, help people cross the street, keep an eye on traffic flow: Friday, September 25, 2026 - 15:00 to 19:00 EST
    • Free balloon inflate/hand out: Saturday, September 26, 2026 - 13:00 to 16:00 EST
    • Traffic Volunteers: Stand near intersections, help people cross the street, keep an eye on traffic flow: Saturday, September 26, 2026 - 13:00 to 17:00 EST
