    Description

COO - Strategic Ops Lead: Civilizational Infrastructure (Volunteer - Unpaid Opportunity)

    About the Opportunity

Vandanam is transitioning from an intellectual movement into a physical reality. We are establishing the Guru Vandanam Campus—a multi-hectare, high-frequency ecosystem designed for the conscious development of humanity.

We are seeking a Strategic Ops Lead to serve as the "Engine" of our Council of Guardians. This is a volunteer role for a high-performance strategist who can bridge the gap between abstract Vedic research and the concrete realities of land acquisition, large-scale funding, and global governance. You will be the architect of the "Vandanam Machine," ensuring our vision becomes a physical landmark.

    The Mission

Your priority is to ensure the "Field" (The Campus) is ready for the "Seed" (Garbha Sanskar). Operational Synchronization: Manage the "Surgical" timelines of our research team to ensure goals.

    • Sovereign Funding: Identify and engage with Family Offices, Philanthropic Foundations, and Sovereign Funds that align with civilizational renewal.
    • Land Acquisition: Lead the strategic search and negotiation for the hectares of land required for the Guru Vandanam campus.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Roadmap: Develop the "Sovereign Master Plan" that connects Phase I (Research) with Phase III (Physical Existence).
    • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Vandanam and global partners, government bodies, and donors.
    • Governance Framework: Establish the professional standards and transparency protocols that will make Vandanam a model for "Professionalism with a Conscience."
    • Resource Optimization: Organise the volunteer core to ensure maximum impact with zero wastage of intellectual capital.

    Required Skillset & Experience

    • Professional Pedigree: MBA from a top-tier global institution (IIM, Harvard, INSEAD, etc.) or a background in Tier-1 Management Consulting.
    • Infrastructure Expertise: Experience in large-scale NGO operations, real estate development, or infrastructure funding is highly preferred.
    • Execution Prowess: A "Surgical" approach to project management—turning high-level vision into actionable, timed milestones.
    • Ethical Alignment: A deep resonance with the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and the ability to represent Vandanam’s values in a corporate boardroom.

    What You Gain (Incentives)

    • Institutional Power: Direct influence over the birth of a new model of global education and health infrastructure.
    • Council Guardians: A seat on the Council of Guardians.
    • Global Network: Access to our Global Advisory Circle of neuroscientists, policy makers, and ethical media leaders.
    • Legacy: The opportunity to say you were the "Engine" that built the physical foundation for a corrected human civilization.
