    Description

    Walk alongside justice-involved students ages 16-25 — connect them to wraparound support to stay in training and succeed after it. You will conduct intake assessments and build individualized service plans; refer students to housing, meCoordinate with probation officers, facility staff, and families; monitor progress and intervene early when students disengage; document case notes for grant repTime commitment: 10-15 hours/week.
