    Weekend Part-Time Coordinator

    About Us:

    RallyCap Sports is a nonprofit organization that creates inclusive sports experiences for individuals with special needs. Our mission is to bring smiles, high-fives, and the joy of sports to all, and we’re looking for a dedicated and energetic team member to help make that happen!

    Position Summary:

    We seek a part-time Coordinator to support our Middletown, New Jersey, programming year-round. This is a weekend position. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and enthusiastic about helping create meaningful experiences for the special needs community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and sign in families, players, and volunteers.
    • On occasion, help transport light sports equipment between storage and the courts/fields. The storage and the facilities are in close proximity.
    • Check and sign community service letters for volunteers.
    • On occasion, provide support to coaches and assist in supervising players and student volunteers during Saturday morning sports sessions (1 hour).

    Schedule:

    • This is a seasonal role that will run for 1.5 hours on Saturday mornings for 5 to 6 weeks. Dates, times, and locations vary by sport.
    • Sports include flag football, soccer, basketball, yoga, dancercise, tennis, softball, and beach volleyball.

    Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license (for equipment transport)
    • Able to transport light equipment on occasions.
    • Experience with or interest in working with individuals with special needs is a plus

    Compensation:

    • Hourly wage (based on experience)
    • Community service validation available if needed
