Manage Google Ads Campaigns You'll take the lead in creating and managing ad campaigns that promote our mission, programs, and fundraising initiatives. This includes:

• • Structuring campaigns and ad groups
  • Writing compelling ad copy
  • Selecting appropriate landing pages
• Optimize Keywords and Performance Help us get the most out of our ad spend by:
  • Conducting keyword research tailored to nonprofit audiences
  • Monitoring click-through rates and conversions
  • Adjusting bids and targeting to improve ROI
  • A/B testing ad variations to refine messaging
• Support Google Ad Grant Strategy If we’re eligible, assist in applying for and managing the Google Ad Grant,

our account is showing a Click-Through Rate (CTR) below 5%, which puts us at risk of suspension.

We're running Website Traffic campaigns using Performance Max, with a total of 30 campaigns. Each campaign includes a minimum of 3 ads per ad group, and some campaigns contain up to 10 ad groups.

The ads have been running for about a month with low CTR, and we understand we have one more month to improve performance before Google deactivates the grant.
