Event Organiser

• Design plan for all our events
• Leading the team of volunteers in each city
• Supervising all activities to perform all events according our standards

Job Description: Support in designing and planing art events (around 1 event per month or every 2 months, examples of events: Art shows, Concerts, Plays, etc), Lead a team of volunteers in the city where even is organized. Supervised assigned activities during event organization and actual event according to provided instructions. The amount of work will differ based on time of the year based on events.

Requirement: Business major is preferred with event organization/management experience. Other majors with event organization/planning/management experience. Art majors with management experience. If you are a motivated person with passion for even management and art, this opportunity will give you a great experience in large scale event management for a NGO. Ability to contribute 5 hrs a week initially, 10-15 hrs per week during the event.
