2. You will collaborate with various departments to identify volunteer needs, create compelling recruitment materials, and organize outreach events that resonate with potential volunteers.
3. Additionally, you will foster a positive volunteer experience through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support, ensuring that our volunteers feel valued and empowered in their roles.
4. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a background in volunteer management, Human resources and a genuine passion for community service.
