LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a creative, strategic, and mission-driven Social Media Manager to help amplify our work supporting justice-impacted families and returning citizens.

About the Role

The Social Media Manager will:

• Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies
• Create compelling storytelling campaigns
• Highlight workforce development initiatives (including OSHA training pathways)
• Elevate family support and reentry programming
• Grow engagement, visibility, and community partnerships
• Track analytics and optimize performance

We’re looking for someone who:

• Understands nonprofit or social impact communications
• Can translate mission into high-performing digital content
• Is organized, proactive, and creative
• Is comfortable discussing justice reform and family impact work
