Volunteer Event Coordinator

Seeking that person who loves a good party, has great organizational skills, and knows how to put it all together for an event to remember. People know you as the person who gets things done. Your role will support our nonprofit's small staff as we grow in a critical year for our development. Events will include monthly cooking classes for the public, upscale Chef Nights hosted by local chefs working with our culinary students, and ultimately, our annual gala event in the fall. You can also help coordinate events that are auctioned at our fundraisers, such as restaurant tours, private classes, and home dinners.

Scope of the role can be made to fit your capacity and availability. Depending on your desired level of involvement and related requirements, the role can be combined with nonprofit board membership. Or, you can help us work toward making this a paid position.
