    You're welcome to stop by our office during business hours to complete a volunteer application, or call our office to speak with our Volunteer Coordinator, who will be happy to answer your questions, discuss volunteer opportunities, and help you begin the onboarding process.

    Whether you live in Wichita or a surrounding community, we'll work with you to find a patient placement that's convenient for you. You choose your own schedule, including the day and time that works best with your classes, work, and other commitments. Volunteer just 1 to 2 hours each week while gaining meaningful patient-facing experience and making a lasting difference in the life of a hospice patient.

    Your volunteer journey begins at the Providence Home Health & Hospice office at 9415 E. Harry St., Suite 703, Wichita, KS 67207, where you'll complete your application, onboarding, and orientation.

    Once you're approved, you'll choose a patient in a location that's convenient for you. Providence serves patients within a 60-mile radius of our office, allowing you to select a volunteer placement that fits your home, school, or work schedule.

    Your volunteer journey begins at our Providence office, where you'll complete your application, onboarding, and orientation. The onboarding process includes an interview, drug test, background check, TB screening, required paperwork, and volunteer training with our Volunteer Coordinator. Training is scheduled at a time that's convenient for you.

    Once you're approved, you'll choose a patient in a location that's convenient for your home, school, or work. Providence serves patients within a 60-mile radius of our office, and you choose your own weekly visit schedule, making it easy to volunteer around your classes, work, and other commitments.

    We can't wait to meet you and help you begin your journey of making a meaningful difference in the lives of our hospice patients and their families!
