Greeters and Welcomers

Offer a warm welcome as guests arrive, help them feel comfortable, and guide them to the right place.

Registration and Check‑In Support

Staff the sign‑in table, assist walk‑ups, answer simple questions, and help the flow of arrivals.

Set‑Up and Take‑Down Support

Help prepare the space before meditation begins and assist with clean‑up afterward. This may include arranging chairs, mats, blankets, and creating a calm environment.

Event Photography

Capture respectful, wide‑angle photos of the space, atmosphere, and overall event. No close‑ups of participants unless they give permission.

Zoom Support

Assist virtual participants by monitoring the Zoom room, admitting guests, watching for raised hands, sharing questions, and ensuring online meditators feel included and supported throughout the session.
