Description
Position Purpose:
Create a warm, welcoming first impression for guests and help connect them with the appropriate staff, services, and resources.
Primary Duties:
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- Ask guests about their initial needs and direct them to the appropriate employee, service, or resource
- Answer basic questions and provide general information
- Restock brochures, flyers, business cards, and other marketing materials
- Keep the reception and welcome area clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with basic receptionist tasks as needed
- Notify staff when assistance is needed
- Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor with all guests
Qualifications:
Friendly, dependable, approachable, and comfortable interacting with a diverse group of people. Good communication and organizational skills are helpful.
