Event Volunteer (Videographer) 4/30 for Mommy's Heart, Inc. to Support Abused Children and Parents

Volunteer Opportunity:

We are seeking event volunteers to assist with our upcoming Mother’s Day shopping event and fundraiser on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the Upper East Side in New York, NY. Volunteers should have their own transportation so they can drive themselves to and from the event. All volunteers will be provided food and beverage, as well as recognition.

Our Mother’s Day event will be held in the Upper East Side, and the exact address will be disclosed upon volunteer confirmation. The event will feature a beautiful shopping experience, sips and bites, and a chance to support Mommy’s Heart, with 20% of all sales benefiting our nonprofit. We are looking for event volunteers available that day from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM to assist with:

• Event setup
• Videography
• Photography
• Guest check-in
• Assisting with the shopping event
• Video presentation support
• Serving food and beverages
• Event cleanup
• Procurement of a borrowed or donated microphone

We are also seeking volunteers who may be available to pick up donations of food or beverages from nearby vendors and bring them to the event location in the days and hours leading up to the event.
