    Social Media Manager

    Volunteer Opportunity: Social Media Manager

    • Custom Wig World 4 Kids Inc. (CWW4KIDS) is looking for a creative, driven, and passionate Volunteer Social Media Manager to help us share our mission, inspire action, and grow our online community. Your work will directly support children and teens facing medical hair loss from conditions like Alopecia, Cancer, Chemotherapy, Lupus, and morehelping them receive life-changing cranial prosthetics, custom medical wigs, and emotional support.

    What You’ll Do

    • Bring our mission to life online by developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy that aligns with our values and goals.
    • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Connect with our audiencerespond to comments, messages, and questions with warmth and professionalism.
    • Track and optimize campaigns using analytics to ensure our content is impactful and inspiring.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to keep messaging fresh, consistent, and on-brand.

    • Design eye-catching graphics and short videos that resonate with our supporters.
    • Stay ahead of social media trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.
    • Join brainstorming sessions to craft creative campaigns and awareness initiatives.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A heart for our mission and a genuine passion for helping kids feel confident and whole again.
    • Social media know-how across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Strong writing skills and the ability to tell a compelling story in posts and captions.
    • Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe) to create visually appealing content.
    • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

    Bonus Points For:

    • Experience managing social media for a nonprofit, advocacy, or healthcare organization.
    • Skills in video editing or creating short-form video content.
    • Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.
