    Description

    Type: Volunteer

    Volunteer Opportunity: In Person

    Duration: 10–15 hours per week

    Overview: Help plan and execute community events that align with our nonprofit mission.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with event logistics and vendor coordination
    • Create promotional materials and manage RSVPs
    • Support on-site event operations
    • Help with post-event reporting

    Learning Outcomes:

    • Event planning and coordination
    • Community engagement strategies

    Tools & Platforms:

    • Google Workspace
    • Eventbrite
    • Canva

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in event planning
    • Basic design skills
