Volunteer Executive Director (Part-Time) — THOSPS & SAAK

We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Executive Director to help lead our growing organization. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about community impact, nonprofit leadership, and helping families in need. The Executive Director will guide operations, support program development, and work alongside our Board as we expand services and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nonprofit operations and assist with program oversight
• Support fundraising efforts, community partnerships, and donor engagement
• Represent THOSPS at meetings, events, and with community partners
• Help develop and implement strategic goals and organizational growth plans
• Assist with grant research, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Provide leadership to volunteers and support staff
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and communication are accurate and timely

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit management, leadership, social services, or community outreach preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Passion for helping families and supporting community programs
• Comfortable with email, basic computer tasks, and professional communication
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
