Chief Human Resources Officer (Volunteer)

We're looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to build and strengthen the people systems that support our volunteer-driven organization. You'll work closely with our CEO and COO to shape an inclusive culture, lead recruitment and onboarding, and create the structures that help volunteers thrive as Wevise grows.

Who We're Looking For

Someone with experience in HR leadership, people operations, or talent strategy who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution. You might come from nonprofit HR, people operations, organizational development, or volunteer management. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building inclusive, supportive environments are essential.
