Job Description
We’re seeking a Web Designer supports LandSeed’s digital presence by leading front-end website design and WordPress site development, ensuring the website is visually engaging, user-friendly, and easy to maintain. The role is ideal for a professional with UX/UI and WordPress expertise who wants to contribute their skills to a purpose-driven non-profit organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Web Designer is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Design and build website pages using WordPress and page builders.
- Create layouts and user journeys using Figma or similar design tools.
- Ensure pages are responsive and optimized for mobile and desktop.
- Improve website usability and visual consistency.
- Support content updates and front-end improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams on website needs.
Qualifications & Skillsets
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
Skillsets
- Experience building websites using WordPress (front-end focus).
- Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Figma.
- Understanding of responsive and accessible web design.
- Ability to maintain and update website pages.
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
- Interest in contributing to a community-focused mission.
