About the Role

The World Disaster Center (WDC) is building a global disaster intelligence system working with institutions, NGOs, and governments.

We are looking for salespeople who can close deals — not manage strategy, not “explore opportunities,” but convert conversations into signed agreements.

Core Responsibilities

• Reach out to qualified prospects (NGOs, institutions, partners)
• Run conversations and follow-ups
• Present WDC clearly and confidently
• Handle objections and move deals forward
• Close partnerships and agreements
• Maintain a simple, structured pipeline

Expected Outputs

• Consistent outreach activity
• Active deal pipeline
• Meetings → negotiations → signed agreements
• Clear tracking of contacts and outcomes
• Tangible results (closed deals)

Required Profile

• Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
• Proven ability to close deals (required)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
• Self-driven and results-focused

Compensation

Performance-based (commission / success-based).
