    Description

    Community Outreach Director

    The Community Outreach Director builds and strengthens relationships between the

    organization and the communities it serves. This board member leads efforts to expand

    awareness, increase access to services, and foster meaningful partnerships that support the

    mission of Empowerment Pathways.

    Responsibilities include developing outreach strategies, connecting with local organizations,

    schools, and community groups, and identifying opportunities to bring programs and

    resources to underserved populations. The Director helps ensure outreach efforts are

    inclusive, culturally responsive, and aligned with community needs.

    This role also involves supporting events, workshops, and engagement initiatives that

    promote visibility and trust within the community. The Community Outreach Director

    works closely with other board members to ensure consistent messaging and collaboration

    across initiatives.

    Ideal candidates are passionate about community engagement, relationship-building, and

    advocacy, with strong communication and networking skills. This is a mission-driven role

    focused on expanding impact and creating meaningful connections.

    Outreach or community engagement volunteers

    Partnership or sponsorship coordinators

    Event planning or engagement teams

    Community ambassadors or peer advocates

    Local organizations, schools, and service providers

    Marketing and communications team for outreach alignmen
