Description
Intercessory Organization Network Limited is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities in Zambia through sustainable development, skills training, and social outreach. Our programs focus on vocational training, agricultural support, youth and women empowerment, community mentorship, and mission-driven development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee community development initiatives.
- Manage volunteers, training programs, and project activities.
- Engage with local stakeholders, donors, and partner organizations.
- Monitor, document, and report project outcomes.
Qualifications / Requirements for Volunteers & Staff:
- Passion for community service and mission work.
- Experience in education, agriculture, social development, or project coordination.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in rural communities and adapt to cultural contexts.
Our programs provide volunteers and staff with hands-on experience, skill development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of local communities.
