    Description

    Sorting food and loading grocery baskets for needy families ... You will check sell by dates for canned goods and separate produce and bread. You will assemble a grocery basket of food for a needy family based on their needs gathered through our interview process. Requires light lifting (5 pounds), ability to walk around a room comfortably, communication with other volunteers. shifts are three hours, Monday mornings. Please email LFB@Leesburgfoodbank.com if you are interested for more detail. 20 minute training overview on first day. No snow birds at this time, please.
