Volunteer Executive Assistant & Nonprofit Growth Support (Virtual)

About the Volunteer Role

Volunteer | Part-Time | Remote | 3–5 Hours Per Week | 6–12 Months

Outdoor Life Leadership is looking for a dependable volunteer to support our Volunteer Executive Director & Chief Growth Officer.

You will help with research, planning, organization, follow-up, and other tasks that help a growing nonprofit stay on track. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real nonprofit leadership and organizational experience.

You do not need years of nonprofit experience. If you are organized, dependable, willing to learn, and good at following through, we encourage you to apply.

What You Will Do

• Track tasks and deadlines.
• Research grants, donors, sponsors, and partners.
• Help find new growth opportunities.
• Prepare simple notes and research summaries.
• Organize leadership materials.
• Track important goals and next steps.
• Complete short research and support tasks.
