At the Alliance for Young Women and Girls, we empower young women and girls from marginalized communities to pursue careers leading to upward economic mobility and professional growth. We are ready to give our online home—www.alliance4ywg.org—a complete, stunning makeover and boost our SEO search power so more people can find us, support us, and join our mission!

If you’re ready to use your design chops for social good (and have a little fun along the way), this project has your name on it!

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):

• The Makeover: Redesign and modernize our website layout to make it intuitive, accessible, and visually captivating.
• SEO Magic: Optimize our site’s search performance so our programs, events, and resources pop up right when our community needs them.
• User Experience (UX): Improve site navigation for prospective volunteers, donors, and participants.
• Collaborate: Partner with our team to ensure our brand voice, mission, and visuals align seamlessly across every page.

Time Commitment:

• Flexible Project-Based Role: Estimated 3–5 hours per week for approximately 8–12 weeks (or until the site makeover and SEO optimization are successfully launched!).
• Location: 100% Remote / Virtual.
