Volunteer Front Desk Assistant – Community Health Clinic

CPCN is a nonprofit community health clinic serving patients in the Burleson area. We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Volunteer to help support our staff and welcome patients.

This role is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, community service, or nonprofit work, or for students seeking volunteer hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Assist with patient check-in and basic paperwork
• Help keep the front desk organized
• Provide general administrative support to clinic staff

Time Commitment

Flexible shifts available. Ideally looking for volunteers who can help the front desk operations of a free community health clinic.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Comfortable interacting with patients and staff
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
• Acceptable background check (completed by clinic)
