    Description

    The clinic operates on Saturdays and Sundays only, focusing on our existing feral & pet cat clients plus shelter pets. We can and do provide on-the-job training for those interested in working at the spay-neuter clinic.

    Volunteer jobs for the spay-neuter clinic:

    • Intake: Checking in animals and and verifying paperwork
    • Prep: Labeling animals with ID cards, weighing them, and prepping them for surgery
    • Surgery Support: Assisting veterinary professionals before and after surgery
    • Recovery: Monitoring pets post-surgery and ensuring their recovery from anesthesia
    • Checkout: Discharging pets and providing aftercare instructions,
    • Cleaning Crew: Maintaining a sterile and sanitary environment
