​Our core project is constructing a seven-classroom primary school block, an administrative office, and a staff room to provide a safe, permanent learning environment for children. Alongside physical infrastructure, we actively provide care and support for children with special needs and vulnerable youth, ensuring every child receives tailored learning, dignity, and specialized attention in an inclusive community.

​Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Remote Grant Writer & Online Fundraising Volunteer to join Berean Community Hand of Faith Ltd. In this role, you will help secure the financial resources needed to build our primary school and sustain our special needs support programs. You will research institutional grant opportunities, write compelling funding proposals, and set up and manage online crowdfunding campaigns (such as GoFundMe, GlobalGiving, or similar platforms) to connect our mission with international donors.

​Key Responsibilities

​Grant Prospecting & Proposals: Research, identify, and write tailored grant applications, concept notes, and letters of inquiry (LOIs) targeting foundations and donors supporting primary education and special needs care.

​Online Crowdfunding Campaigns: Design, set up, and manage online fundraising pages (GoFundMe, GlobalGiving, etc.) to collect donations for construction materials, classroom furniture, and care supplies.

​Storytelling & Campaign Content: Draft persuasive campaign copy, photo updates, and engaging messaging to highlight the impact of our school construction and child care programs.

​Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured tracking sheet for submitted grants, pending applications, deadline schedules, and online campaign targets.

​Donor Engagement: Help prepare regular project progress reports, photo updates, and formal appreciation letters for our supporters and partners.
