Description
We are looking for a visionary storyteller to help define our brand voice and move our message from "church-speak" to an inclusive, community-first tone. You will be the architect of our message, ensuring our commitment to social justice and radical welcome is woven into everything we share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop a 6-month communication calendar highlighting campus events, panel discussions, and community resources.
- Editorial Leadership: Launch and manage our Substack account, developing a long-form content plan to share deeper stories of our mission.
- Brand Voice: Act as the "editor-in-chief" to ensure all written communications are consistent, inclusive, and mission-aligned.
- Engagement Strategy: Create a framework for how we foster real conversations with our audience rather than just broadcasting information.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in writing, journalism, or communications strategy.
- Ability to translate complex justice-centered values into hopeful, accessible language.
- Visionary thinkers who can plan months in advance.
