Cleft Surgery Medical Missions - Travel and Accommodations Included!

Want to travel the world and transform the lives of children with cleft lips and palates? We invite you to join us as we work to transform children's lives, one smile at a time.

Alliance for Smiles is looking for volunteers to serve on medical missions in under-served areas of the world. We are recruiting plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and OR nurses.

Our mission is to forever improve and transforms the lives of children and communities impacted by cleft lip and palate by providing free comprehensive treatment, while training and equipping local teams to sustainably provide quality, long-term care.

Volunteer applications will be reviewed by our medical services committee. After the application is approved, we'll add you to our mission staffing email list to receive notifications about openings on upcoming missions. Staffing emails for our missions are typically sent out approximately 4 - 6 months before a mission's start date.
