    Description

Fair Housing Tester (North Texas Fair Housing Center)

The North Texas Fair Housing Center is looking for reliable, observant individuals to join our team as paid fair housing testers in the DFW area!

As a tester, you’ll assist in investigating housing discrimination complaints across North Texas.

    About the Role:

    • What They Do: Testers pose as ordinary home seekers in controlled scenarios to evaluate equal treatment in housing availability, terms, and service.
    • Format: Flexible, on-call assignments with paid compensation and mileage reimbursement per completed test. Full training is provided before any assignment.
    • Key Qualifications: Reliable, observant, strong written communication skills, and access to personal transportation.

We are specifically looking for folks in Collin, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Kauman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, or Wise counties. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to have some extra cash each month. Training is included.
