Description
Loudoun Volunteer Caregivers helps Loudoun County's homebound older adults and adults with disabilities maintain their independence and connection within the community.
Volunteers are needed to deliver supplemental food to food-insecure seniors and adults with disabilities in Loudoun County. We partner with Loudoun Hunger Relief in Leesburg and/or the Dulles South Food Pantry in Arcola, where food is picked up, then delivered to the homes of those in need.
Deliveries are twice a month to each recipient. Volunteers can sign up to for a regular food delivery schedule, or choose to take individual assignments.
