Description
Want to help the animals, but don't necessarily want to work directly with the animals? Help raise money for the animals as a For Pets' Sake Thrift Store Attendant! Volunteers make sales, clean and price items that have been donated, provide customer service and keep the thrift store clean and organized.
Current Thrift store hours are Thursdays and Fridays 12-6 p.m., and Saturdays 12-5 p.m. We have open shifts on Thursdays 4-6 p.m. and every other Saturday, but we are always looking for interested volunteers who would be willing to sub in as well!

To become a volunteer, please fill out our application here: https://tricountyhumanesociety.org/volunteer/ You can learn more about the variety of volunteer opportunities available. Once you've submitted your application, it usually takes 1-2 weeks to process.
All incoming volunteers are background checked and must be 18 to volunteer in For Pets' Sake Thrift.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email invitation to one of our orientations. 2 orientations are hosted each month at the shelter.
