    Description

    Administrative Assistant - Receptionist

    We need high-energy volunteers, who are ready to change the world! We are looking for kind, caring compassionate magic makers who can work regular shifts.

    Shifts can be flexible! We are here every day. Times are flexible. Join our team of volunteers who are working towards a better tomorrow.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provides primary phone coverage for incoming phone calls
    • Interact with volunteers from around the world as they prepare for a service mission abroad
    • Compile data from current missions
    • Provides clerical and administrative support to President and Founder
    • Basic Microsoft skills like Word and Excel
    • Salesforce experience is a plus - if not, we'll teach/train you!
